Trauma Healing Intensive (3 day)

There's a difference between *managing* your trauma and actually *healing* it. Most of us get very good at the first one — coping, pushing through, holding it together. Few of us ever get the guided space to do the second. This intensive is that space. Over three days, in a small group setting held by an experienced facilitator, you'll be guided through a process that integrates three of the most respected approaches in trauma healing today. You won't just talk about your story — you'll learn to locate it in your body, understand where it came from, and begin writing what comes next.

How Unresolved Trauma Shows Up

Trauma rarely announces itself directly. More often, it shows up sideways — in the patterns we can’t seem to break, the relationships that keep hurting the same way, the reactions that feel too big for the moment. If any of this sounds familiar, you’re not alone, and it’s not a character flaw. It’s an old wound still asking to be witnessed.

Unresolved trauma can look like:

Low self-confidence

  • Chronic anxiety or recurring depression
  • Persistent feelings of shame
  • Negative self-talk
  • A harsh inner critic, or a sense of never being quite “enough”

Overreacting

  • Or under-reacting to life events

Distrust

  • Difficulty forming secure relationships
  • Negative self-talk
If you’ve ever felt “stuck,” overwhelmed by your emotions, or disconnected from your true self—there is a reason. And more importantly, there is a path forward.

What You Will Experience

This intensive is thoughtfully designed using trauma-informed care and best practices in trauma healing.

Over the course of 4½ days in nature, you will experience:

A Safe, Guided Healing Environment

You will be supported by trained professionals who understand trauma and know how to walk alongside you—especially when you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what comes next.

Connection & Community

You are not alone in your healing.
You will be surrounded by others who are also doing the courageous work of healing, creating a powerful sense of support, understanding, and shared growth.

Nervous System Regulation Tools

Learn practical, evidence-based tools including

  • Meditation
  • Mindfulness practices
  • Body-based regulation techniques

These tools can help calm your nervous system so healing can happen at a deeper level.

Creative & Experiential Therapies

Trauma is not just stored in the mind—it lives in the body and emotions. Through artistic and experiential approaches, you will access and process what words alone cannot reach.

Time for Reflection in Nature

You will have intentional space to step away, sit with yourself, and reflect in nature—creating clarity, insight, and a renewed sense of direction.

The Transformation

Healing trauma is not about erasing your past—it’s about transforming your relationship to it.

As you do this work, you will begin to experience:

  • A deeper sense of peace within yourself
  • Increased confidence and emotional stability
  • Shame resilience and the ability to challenge negative self-talk
  • The ability to reframe your life story
  • Moving from a victim narrative to becoming the hero of your story
  • Greater resilience when facing triggers or intrusive memories
  • The ability to assign more accurate, compassionate meaning to past experiences
