Who This Intensive Is For
This experience is for individuals who recognize that their past is still interfering with their present.
Whether your wounds come from your family of origin or from experiences across your life, unresolved trauma can quietly shape how you think, feel, and relate to others.
We focus specifically on healing six core attachment wounds:
- Rejection
- Loss
- Neglect
- Abandonment
- Betrayal
- Abuse
These wounds often operate beneath the surface, yet they impact nearly every area of life.

Learn practical, evidence-based tools including
- Meditation
- Mindfulness practices

These tools can help calm your nervous system so healing can happen at a deeper level.

Creative & Experiential Therapies
Trauma is not just stored in the mind—it lives in the body and emotions. Through artistic and experiential approaches, you will access and process what words alone cannot reach.

Time for Reflection in Nature
You will have intentional space to step away, sit with yourself, and reflect in nature—creating clarity, insight, and a renewed sense of direction.
