Each partner should complete this couple relationship assessment. This helps me prepare for the 1-hour consultation we do prior to scheduling the intensive. The consultation is time for you to assess if I am the right fit as your counselor, and it's my opportunity as a therapist to assess if a 3-day intensive is the right fit intervention for your couple relationship.
